Phil Kallos

Phil Kallos leads Engineering and Data Science at Healthier Capital. Additionally, Phil is the Co-Founder & CTO of Neon Redwood, an operational, management, and technology partner to Healthier Capital. Phil is a seasoned engineering leader and software architect with a deep passion for web technologies, data engineering, data science, and artificial intelligence. Phil was a key leader as Director of Engineering at Foresite Capital, where he developed novel systems for research in Healthcare, Biotech, and Life Sciences. Additionally, he led technology diligence across investments at all phases of maturity. Phil also assisted early-stage portfolio companies with key technical challenges. Prior to that, Phil was the Director of Data Engineering at ShopStyle, and Engineering Architect at PopSugar Inc.

Throughout his career, Phil has excelled at delivering impactful results by leveraging data analytics, ETL processes, machine learning algorithms, and data-driven strategies. He has built high-performing teams focused on optimizing investment research, portfolio management, and personalized user experiences through innovative data solutions. Phil combines his technical prowess and leadership skills to drive innovation and deliver cutting-edge, data-centric programmatic solutions.

Phil holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from McGill University.
