Madi Bradley
TITLE
Madi brings deep experience investing in and partnering with high-growth healthcare technology companies, having spent her career evaluating early-stage investments and operating as an embedded strategic partner to portfolio companies.
Madi previously served as VP at Healthy Ventures, a healthcare venture fund, where she led investments across AI-enabled infrastructure, software, and tech-enabled care delivery. Beyond investing, she worked closely with founders and boards on operating strategy, fundraising, capital allocation, and M&A.
Prior to Healthy Ventures, Madi worked in investment banking at Cascadia Capital, advising healthcare, SaaS, and consumer companies on M&A and capital raises. Earlier, her stem cell research at Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary contributed to progress in hearing loss therapies. Madi holds an AB in Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology from Harvard University.
